Summary: Any business is only as good as it's worst staff member and I think we were checked in by this person. 2 girls pushed past me in the doorway as we entered (I am disabled and use crutches, they literally pushed my crutches out of the way) but my husband was in front of them. This person insisted these girls were before us to check in.... which I wasn't having and in return he was rude and gruff and incredibly unhelpful. The hotel itself is fine, great location for us, nice room, comfortable bed, quiet. But sadly, our trip is remembered by that rude first "greeting"....
